DESCRIPTION:D&D is back at NeXus! Join us every 2 weeks for a drop-in/drop-out style campaign as we run Tales from Greyhawk. Table space will be limited and will not be held so make sure you show up early to nab a spot at one of our 3 tables. Can’t make it one week? That’s okay! This Campaign is set up that you can drop in or out as need be. Prebuilt characters will be available so all you need to bring is your imagination (any maybe some dice)\nHow does it work?\nShow up before Noon, pick a table, and roll some dice. It’s just that easy!\nIs this Adventurer’s League?\nNot quite. We will be using some of the rules from Adventurer’s League but this is just a good old store run campaign using the 5e 2024 rules.\nCan I bring my own character?\nYes with some character building rules:\nUse the character creation rules as presented in the Player’s Handbook 2024 (PHB24), with the following notes. You begin play at 1st level or the current average level of the groups.\n\nStep 1: Choose a Race or Lineage. See Usable Books for available choices. Custom lineages found in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything are available.\nStep 2: Choose a Class. See Usable Books for available rules choices.\nStep 3: Determine Ability Scores. Your ability scores are generated using one of the following methods.\n\nStandard set (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8).\nVariant: Customizing Ability Scores (PHB24).\n\n\nStep 4: Describe Your Character.\n\nAlignment: Choose a non-evil alignment.\nDeity: You may choose any deity to worship from official rulebooks. Clerics must choose a deity.\n\n\nStep 5: Choosing Equipment. Your starting equipment and gold are determined by your class and background; you don’t roll for gold. You may start with a trinket of your choice from available rules choices.
