SUMMARY:AOS Doubles Tournament – October 17th
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nregistration 8:30 AM at Kingston Gaming Nexus\nDice roll at 9:00 AM\nCost: $20 per teammate\n \nIn this tournament you will register with a partner. Each of you must construct a legal 1,000 list using the current 2026-2027 general’s handbook and current release for your army.\nThe only requirement for the pairing is that you cannot take the exact same army (so no double ogors, double cities etc.) but you can combine anything other than factions as you like. (ie: you can have two destruction lists, or a chaos working with order list etc.)\n \nYour general will be the general for your individual army. Army rules from your army do not affect your team mate’s army. (even if they say “all friendly units” etc.) You act as completely different armies joined together.\n \nCommand Point generation is PER TEAM and you have to SHARE your command points. You cannot duplicate commands either. For example, if your team mate uses “all out attack” on one of their units, you cannot use “all out attack” on one of yours.\n \nYou and your partner must use the same battle tactics, which you score as a team. For example if you have the task “build a shield wall” and you and your partner have two units that meet the requirements together – this counts.\n \nRules cut off: Any Army Book released by   October 10th is fair game. Any updates for battlescrolls / points up to the week of the tournament are also used.\n \nScoring is a win/loss format using BCP for scoring. You will generate points as a team.\n \nAll prizing is draw prizes as per Kingston Gaming Nexus practice and you are able to win a maximum of one draw prize (if you win a second you will have to choose which one you take and the other is re-drawn). You will get your own draw tickets separate from your team mate – you don’t have to share prizes! (well unless you want to)\n \nNo painting requirement. And as always our AOS tournaments are beginnner friendly!\n \nSchedule:\n \n9:00 – 11:30 – Game one\n11:30 – 12:30 – LUNCH\n12:30 – 2:50 – Game Two\n3:00 – 5:30 – Game Three\n5:30 – prizes\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
