Michael Schwartz, Comic book writer (Armored) and feature film writer (R.L. Stine’s Zombie Town, Gnome Alone, ABCs of Death), is visiting and will be signing copies of his new Armored Volume 1 hardcover! He will also have single issues available too! He will be signing from 11 am to 4 pm!

Richard Comely, the creator of Captain Canuck, is touring Canada for the 50th anniversary of the comic! On September 4th, that tour will bring him to Nexus! Richard will be in the store from 1pm to 4pm signing comics and prints. Come on down to celebrate the 50th anniversary of a Canadian hero!

Friend of Nexus and local comic artist, Chris Cochrane of Machete Comics will be here on August 30th! Not only will he be doing a comic signing, but it’s the release of his latest comic, Cult of Machete #5! Come down, say hi, meet a cool dude, and get some brand new local comics!

Artist Tom Fowler will be at Nexus for a signing on Saturday, August 2nd from 12pm to 5pm to celebrate the release of his book Gamemasters: The Comic Book History of Roleplaying Games! Come on down to say hi and check it out!

Comic Artists and Authors Irma Kniivila and Tri Vuong will be at Nexus for a signing on Saturday, July 19th from 1pm to 5pm! Come on down to meet the artists and get some cool signed art!

Friend of Nexus and writer, Dan Collins, will be visiting for a signing on Free Comic Book Day, Saturday May 3rd. He has written for Archie Comics, Chapterhouse, and Antartic Press, with characters including Captain Canuck, West Coast Canuck, The Canadian Sentinel, and his latest creation, Tractor Lad! May 3rd, 10am – 2pm
