This event will be an intro event with 3 games at 1500 points, with list restrictions to ensure a beginner environment.

Saturday the 10th of August
9:00 AM Registration
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Game 1
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Lunch
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM Game 2
2:30 PM – 4:30 PM Game 3
4:30 PM – Prizes

Rules:
All Factions will be allowed for this event, including those legacy factions as well as any Arcane Journals that are released. If any other army lists are released through White Dwarf or Warhammer Community, those will be allowed as well.
Armies and Army Construction Guidlines
Army construction will follow the guide listed below:
1500 points
Any Grand Army or Army of Infamy list may be used (Including Renegade factions).
Unit selections are limited to the restrictions in the army list, OR 0-6 for core units and 0-3 for character, special, and rare units, whichever is fewer.
No Allies
No Level 3 or 4 wizards
Nothing more than 6 wounds.

Army List:
Must include all details of your army: all units, upgrades, magic items, and the total cost per unit.
The list must also identify your army’s General and which lore(s) of magic any wizards will use. It is strongly recommended you use the Old World Builder program.
Armies may be composed of models from any company or source as long as they match the scale and theme of the WORLD OF LEGEND and are easily identifiable.
Bases may be on squares or round with appropriate movement tray.

Missions:
Round 1: Open Battle
Round 2: Meeting Engagement
Round 3: Flank Attack

Please note that the Historical Recreations rules will not be used.
All scenarios can be found in the Warhammer: Old World core rule book.

Scoring:
Scoring will be done using a 20-0 system. Each game will be scored based on the difference in victory points each players earns (Victory points are scored in the same ways as described in the Warhammer: The Old World rulebook). Work out the difference in victory points and consult the table below.
